Am I insane???

Okay, don't answer that.

I am doing my research and I am pretty sure I'm going to buy a Macbook this week....My Dell is just not keeping up with me anymore! I got the low-end basic model because, well, that was all I could afford at the time.

I am excited at the promise of a new gadget! I love getting new electronics. I guess I'm a nerd when it comes to that. I want something that:

1. Doesn't pop up ads/messages every 5 minutes. Do you know how annoying it is to be typing something, or ordering something and all of the sudden, something pops up from Dell? How can they get away with this?

2. Will last a long time without needing updates, etc. Ditto on what I just said in #1.

3. Will work with the iPhone I will probably end up getting next April. T-Mobile is great, but I want an iPhone!!

Okay, so Apples are a little (okay, a LOT) pricey. I feel like you get what you pay for, though. I bought a low-end model of the laptop I have now and I pay the price for that every day. Slow to start-up, constant "updates" that do NOTHING as far as I can see, etc.

The other night I even sat down and made a "pros and cons" list to back up my wish. I have really put a lot into researching this and I think the time is right.

I just noticed something very interesting....

In the ads over to the right of my blog, there are ads about FICO scores. When I was on my sister's blog, which was mainly about tomatoes and plants, the ads were about tomato plants! Weird!

I normally don't "tag" any of my blogs, so I am just wondering how my ads come up FICO scores and related credit reports. Yes, I did blog about that but I didn't tag it.

I wonder what ads this blog will bring. Tomato plants and FICO scores combined, I guess...

I'll keep on top of this and report any interesting information as it becomes available.

Okay, why is it that when I added myself as a watcher (follower) to someone's blog, I was added three times? Geez, I thought I was doing it the right way. I guess not. So, Donna, sorry about that! I'm not sure which one to delete, either.
